Financial-services firm Edward Jones ranked No. 5 on FORTUNE magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For 2012" list in its 13th appearance on the prestigious list, according to Edward Jones Financial Advisor Christopher Cinella.

Edward Jones also ranked No. 3 for large-sized companies and No. 2 for work-life balance for associates who feel "encouraged to balance their work and personal life."  The firm was the highest ranking financial-services firm on the list.

Edward Jones' 13 FORTUNE rankings include top 10 finishes for nine years, consecutive No. 1 rankings in 2002 and 2003 and consecutive No. 2 rankings in 2009 and 2010.
