"The consistency of appearing high on the FORTUNE Best Companies to Work For list speaks volumes about our workplace because this honor is based upon direct feedback from our associates," said Edward Jones Managing Partner Jim Weddle . "It tells us that in tough times and in good times, Edward Jones continues to be a career destination where we recognize and develop talent and reward hard work. Most of our FORTUNE ranking comes from the responses of randomly selected associates who are asked about their experience at our firm. The results tell us that we take continuing pride in our work together on behalf of our clients."
Currently, Edward Jones has nearly 1,515 positions available throughout the country, mostly for financial advisor and branch office administrator. Each Edward Jones branch office includes one financial advisor and one branch office administrator who work one-on-one with clients in the communities where those clients live.
