Click here to view a copy of Melrose's Draft Bullying Prevention and Intervention Plan. This plan is based on a model document provided to Melrose by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Their model plan has been constructed to meet all of the requirements of the anti-bullying law, and much of the language in the plan comes directly from the legislation itself.

Prior to our submission of the final plan to the School Committee and to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, we invite your comments.  Please email your comments to anti-bullying@melrose.mec.edu. You can also send a written letter to Superintendent Joseph Casey, 360 Lynn Fells Pkwy., Melrose, MA, 02176. (Please note that we will only consider comments sent through these two methods.) Comments will be reviewed to identify common themes.
