5 Things: Mayor Dolan's Proposed Pay Raise to Be Reviewed Monday Night

1. Mayor's proposed pay raise: The Melrose Appropriations Committee will review Mayor Rob Dolan's proposed 26 percent pay increase during a meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
2. Upgrades begin: The Melrose Police Department E911 Dispatch Center and customer service desk will begin being renovated Jan. 28. During that time, the police station will not be accessible to the public, according to the city.
3. Snow coming: Monday will see a 70 percent chance of snow, with highs in the low 30s.
