I do, but only because I think it was too broad. I think it's fine for dogs to be in the park at any time of year, but anyone who's not golfing - human or canine - ought to stay off of the golf course while it's in use by golfers. I don't understand why it's so difficult.

As do I, Betsey. The original total ban was total overkill. I also agree with you that anyone not playing golf ought to stay off the golf course, and I also have no clue why it's so difficult a concept for some to wrap their heads around. I also support improving the trails and paths that do not fall within the course to provide a better experience for those walkers who choose to use them.
