Help the MHS Girls Softball Team by Scarfing Pizza
5 things you need to know today, Thursday, May 16.
1. Warmin' up: It's getting warm out there - Melrose will see highs in the upper 70s under partly cloudy skies Thursday.
2. Girls softball fundraiser: Join the Melrose High School Softball team tonight from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Petrone's Pizza - the joint will donate a percentage of its proceeds to the team, and also offer a scratch ticket raffle.
3. Open mic night at Ab Fab: Sign-up starts at 7 p.m. Thursday and music starts at 7:30 p.m. at Absolutely Fabulous in Melrose.
4. Do-si-do: As always, the Malden Council on Aging will host line dancing starting at 6:15 p.m. Thursday – don't let the seniors in your life miss out on the urban life-transcending fun.
