Ellie Rush's store holds an open house to coincide with Home for the Holidays, this year on Sunday, Dec. 11 from 1-5 p.m. You can shop, enjoy homemade cookies and hot cocoa, mingle with friends and make a new one too! For every sale of Ellie's "pink" products, all proceeds are given to help fight breast cancer. Also, 100 percent of dog soaps sales are given to a local animal shelter.

Visit the Bee on Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. to warm up with a cup of their family-favorite recipe hot chocolate, made with premium Belgium chocolat,e milk, a secret blend of spices and love. Also, children are invited to the Peterson's family tradition of hand-painting cookies (photos attached). Children can pipe a royal icing design onto their cookie and sprinkle the icing with colred sugar crystals.
From 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Turner's famous clam chowder stand will be set up outside, ladeling out doses of chowder goodness.
