Make long-term investments in the high school: modernize the curriculum, attract the best teachers through competitive salaries and learning opportunities, and make further improvements to the building to at least match if not surpass the layout of the beautiful middle school.

Finding a COMPETENT BCBA for the special ed department. We have been without one for nearly 4 months. Better yet, maybe appoint more than one, as it seems to be a heavy load to have one person responsible for all of the elementary schools + pre-K. Our kids cannot wait any longer.
