Melrose Boot Camp (MBC) will be hosting a workout fundraiser for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Saturday morning at MBC's indoor space at Trinity Church.
Saturday morning workouts are a great opportunity to try out MBC for the first time or to get in a boot camp bonus for those currently enrolled. The warm-up will begin promptly at 8 a.m. Prior to attending please fill out our brief form and submit it online if you have not already done so.
The suggested donation amount is $10; however, donations of any amount will be gratefully accepted. Please bring water and an exercise mat. There will be a limited number of mats available.
Saturday’s workout kicks off a series of charity boot camps this winter and spring. Some of the other Saturday morning sessions will benefit Boston Children’s Hospital, Boston Boys & Girls Clubs, Autism Speaks, Ron Burton Training Village, Avon Foundation Breast Cancer Crusade and Housing Families Inc.
Melrose Boot Camp believes that businesses have a responsibility to give back to the communities in which they thrive...and so we do. Such mindfulness and generosity benefits all of us in body, mind and in spirit.

This is for a great cause and is also a great way to preemptively make up for any bad behavior during the big Pats' game Sunday. I know I will need it.
