  some in the media. The "Father" of birth control and abortion rights mo
 vement. He was jailed eight times in five states in the 1960's for lectu
 ring on abortion and birth control.\nBaird is believed to be the first o
 nly non-lawyer in American history with three Supreme Court victories. I
 n addition he also was the reciptant of The Humanist Pioneer Award\, as 
 well as having a number of televisionn appearances under his belt.\nBair
