DESCRIPTION:Melrose Residents may borrow a 2012 Massachusetts Park Pass f
 ree of charge. THe parks pass entitles the bearer to free parking for on
 e vehicle (excluding buses or vans) at over 50 facilities in the Massach
 usetts state parks system that charge a day-use parking fee&nbsp\;\n&nbs
 p\;\nParks Pass is part of the "Use Nature as Your Guide" program sponse
 red by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR)
 . From Boston to the Berkshires\, DCR invites you to enjoy a wide variet
 y of recreational opportunites including hiking\, swimming\, mountain bi
 king\, horseback riding\, and much more\n&nbsp\;\nPlease contact the Rec
 reation Department to reserve the Parks Pass for the 2012 season.( Memor
 ial Day to Columbus Day). The pass may be borrowed for one day or one we
 ekend and must be returned by 9:00am the following Monday. A $35 deposit
  will be required when you pick up the Park Pass. Your deposit will refu
