The Melrose Housing Authority will hold its first ever Resident Safety meeting on Wednesday, November 14th from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the C.J. McCarthy apartments and on Wednesday, November 28th from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Julian Steele House. Representatives from the Melrose Police and the Melrose Fire department will speak to residents on topics such as, crime prevention, personal safety, fire prevention and safety in their units. Representatives from Eastern Bank will also speak on topics such as elderly fraud awareness and scams.
