R.E.A.C.T (Raw Energy Adrenaline Control Training)
R.E.A.C.T. stands for Raw Energy Adrenaline Control Training. In this program, you will be taught how to deal with situations using proper verbal skills and body language to avoid a physical confrontation. However, if a physical confrontation is unavoidable, you will be trained to implement simple, physical self-defense skills. This is a hands on class that will allow you to employ your verbal and physical skills through simulated attack scenarios that leave you overcome with adrenaline. Students are able to lash out at full power since the attacker is heavily protected from head to toe. Once students learn to control the adrenaline rush, they are much better prepared to handle themselves in an actual situation.
