Several Activities Planned at Milano Senior Center

Here are five things to know on Friday, Jan. 17 in Melrose:

1. Here's a look at the activities slated for Friday at the Milano Senior Center, according to the senior center's January newsletter:

8:30 a.m.: Social worker
8:30 a.m.: Primetime Fitness
10 a.m.: Aerobics
12 p.m.: Lunch: Whole grain cheese lasagna or seafood salad sandwich
12:30 p.m.: Cribbage
1:30 p.m.: Bingo
2 p.m.: State Rep. Paul Brodeur visit

2. It is expected to be partly sunny on Friday, with temperatures reaching a high in the mid-40s before becoming mostly cloudy with a chance of snow at night. Temperatures may dip to an overnight low in the low 30s.
