Dr. Witkowski named chief of OB/GYN

Oct. 31, 2013 – Hallmark Health System (HHS), which includes Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford and Melrose-Wakefield Hospital (MWH), is pleased to announce that Daniel Witkowski, MD has been named chairman of the organization’s department of obstetrics and gynecology.

 

Dr. Witkowski, a resident of Melrose, has been affiliated with HHS since 1993. He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine.

For more than 100 years, MWH has offered the region the very best in maternal and newborn services including a Level II Special Care Nursery, which provides a higher level of intensive care for babies having medical problems at birth.
