Shingles Vaccine Offering

     The Melrose and Wakefield Health Departments are offering a limited number of state supplied Shingles vaccine, free of charge to eligible resident 60 years or older. To be eligible you must be uninsured or underinsured and have a doctor’s note or prescription clearing you for the vaccine. There are certain other screening questions you will need to answer as well.
