YMCA OF METRO NORTH MEMBERS SPIN, ZUMBA AND SWIM THEIR WAY TO RAISING MONEY FOR ANNUAL FUND CAMPAIGN YMCA of Metro North Thanks Members for Support
The YMCA of Metro North is changing lives for the better every day in the community and so are thousands of local Y members. For the last two weeks, Y MCA of Metro North members have come together to raise money for local scholarships and financial assistance for families and individuals who would not otherwise be able to afford Y programs and services. As part of Member Donor Weeks, Y members participated in Spinathons, Zumbathons, swimming and running challenges, all with the goal of raising money for the YMCA of Metro North Annual Fund.
“We are incredibly thankful to our members who rallied around the Y mission and gave their time, money and sweat to help us reach our goal,” said Kathleen Walsh, YMCA of Metro North Vice President of Development. “It is extremely gratifying when the people who know the Y best, our members, show their support. They see firsthand the difference the Y is making in their community.”
