Return your application along with a $25.00 tax-deductible, non-refundable donation made payable to: Melrose Friends of the Aging.

Your tax-deductible donation will: Arrange multimedia promotion of your yard sale; highlight your location on the city map that will be provided to eager shoppers; provide official signage that you are a participant in this fundraisinig program.
