Melrose Common Tot Lot Clean-out

For the safety of our children, the Melrose Parks Department has asked for volunteers to help remove all broken and unsafe toys left in the “Tot Lot”/”Race Track” at The Melrose Common this Saturday, June 23 at 8:30 a.m.

Why Volunteer:

  • It’s easy: Simply move broken and unsafe toys from the “Tot Lot” to the curbside. DPW trucks will pick up the discarded toys later that morning.
  • It’s green: All toys will be recycled.
  • It’s good for our kids: The clean out will ensure children’s summer recreational programming can proceed safely and without disruption.

To join our team of "Common Friends" to help clean out the Tot Lot, please come to The Melrose Common on Saturday, June 23 at 8:30 a.m. or email Elizabeth.Christopher@hotmail.com or Garymr@gmail.com
