Hot Off the T: 5 Things to Do In Boston This Weekend

All events are in walking distance from Orange Line stops on the T.

1.)  HUB CRAWL
: Where/When: Starts in , Saturday, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. 
There's no alcohol involved in this photo scavenger hunt with puzzles to solve.  More info available here. Email hubcrawl@gruntwerk.com to register. 
Pricing: $40 for a team of 4. Take the Orange Line to Back Bay Station.

2.) MAKE YOUR OWN SUSHI NIGHT: Where/When: , Trustees Reading Room, Saturday, 6 p.m. 
 Boston Rotaract is donating all proceeds from the event to Shelter Box and the Japan relief effort. Purchase tickets here. 
Pricing: $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Take the Orange Line to Back Bay Station.

3.) POPS AFTERNOON FAMILY CONCERT: Where/When: Symphony Hall, Saturday, 3 p.m. The Boston Pops kicked off the 2011 season this week. This is a special family concert featuring music from beloved kids' films. Find out more and buy tickets here. Take the Orange Line to Mass. Avenue Station.

4.) SEE A MOVIE: Where/When: AMC Lowes Boston Common Theater, Saturday and Sunday. Take your pick of Thor movies: Thor (IMAX); Thor 3D; and just plain old "Thor;" are playing along with Rio The Movie 3D and Bridesmaids. See what else is playing. Take the Orange Line to Chinatown Station.

5.) GOSPEL & JAZZ BRUNCH:  
When/Where: , Sunday, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. 
 Enjoy the smooth sounds of Groove Authority (seriously, they're pretty good) while you munch on Southern favorites like fried chicken and waffles and shrimp and grits. Wash it all down with Darryl’s legendary Bloody Mary, The Naughty Mama.
