Why Go: Join Melrose National Little League at their Guest Bartending night at Absolutely Fabulous from 6-111 p.m. All tips generated from the event will go directly to MNLL. Why Go: This is a public hearing in the Aldermanic Chambers on the School Department’s fiscal 2013 budget. The public is invited to attend. The fiscal 2013 budget is proposed at $25,924,041, which includes an increase in City Appropriation in the amount of $700,000 prior to the proposed shift of maintenance and related budget to the Department of Public Works.
