Why Go: The Department of Energy Resources (DOER) will be offering a workshop for builders and designers in the Melrose area in the G.A.R. Room on the second floor of Memorial Hall. on Wednesday, October 12.  The session will provide you with an opportunity to learn how to move towards building higher performing homes by utilizing better practices, while at the same time ensuring compliance with energy codes.

Why Go: Print out the coupons attached to each event and benefit the MHS gymnastics team with 25 percent of your order or the MHS football team with 15 percent of your order.

Why Go: This race was founded in 2009 with a goal to raise awareness and much needed research dollars for Lewy Body Dementia. The race began as a tribute to the founders’ father, Allan D Morrison, who ran the inaugural race but quickly grew to wrap its arms around more than one dozen families in the first year.
