MHS Marching Band competition

When/Where: Saturday, September 29, 2012, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. / Melrose High School, 360 Lynn Fells Pkwy, Melrose, MA |Get Directions » 

Why Go: A total of 15 marching band and color guard teams from across New England will be coming to Melrose to perform. At the end of the competition there will be performances by the marching bands from UMass Lowell and Holy Cross; both college bands bring MHS alumni with them.

Voices from the Balkans at Regent Theater

Why Go: Tatiana Sarbinska, a world-renowned Balkan vocalist and teacher, performs an extensive repertoire that includes music from all of Bulgaria’s folkloric regions.
