Join the Melrose Recreation Department for the annual bike and carriage parade at the Common on Fourth of July. Bring your decorated bike, wagon, carriage, scooter, skateboard or other custom ride and take part in the festivites. Registration for the 10 a.m. parade begins at 9:30 a.m. Pizza, snacks and drinks will be provided. Free face painting, games, activities and open house bounce will also be available for kids.
