The Melrose Chamber of Commerce presents its annual Home for the Holidays citywide celebration.

The Holiday Fun Continues:

Performances:  Friday, December 2nd  at 8pm; Saturday, December 3rd at 2pm and 8pm; Sunday December 4th at 2pm. Tickets available at Sweet Thoughts, 504 Main Street and at the door. Performance at Memorial Hall, 590 Main Street.

The Melrose High School Drama Club presents “The Odd Couple” (female version) by Neil Simon on Friday, December 2nd at 7:30 pm and Saturday, December 3rd at 2pm and 7:30 pm.  Tickets are available at the door; $10 adults; $7 students. Performance at the Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School Performing Arts Center, 350 Main Street.

Polymnia Choral Society presents popular baritone Dana Whiteside as the guest soloist in the Holiday Concert Saturday, December 3, at 7:30 at the First Congregational Church, 121 West Foster Street, Melrose.   Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for students and seniors, and $5 for children 12 and under.  They can be purchased at www.polymnia.org or at Sweet Thoughts, 504 Main St.,  Peacuddy’s, 506 Franklin, Miter Biter, 479 Main Street, Melrose and the Bohemian Coffeehouse, 132 West Emerson, all in Melrose.

The Mount Hood Association hosts the “Home for the Holidays” Children’s Party at the Mount Hood Clubhouse on December 4th from 12:00 noon-3:00 pm.  Come and see Santa and join in a carol sing-a-long.  For more information visit www.mthoodpa.com.

Melrose Sharing and Caring invites you to a holiday event at the Stoneham Theatre on December 18th.   Come for a pre-show champagne gala at 4:00 pm and toast the holidays followed by the hilarious performance of “Sister’s Christmas Catechism.” Tickets are $50 and can be purchased by emailing Patty Granara at pattygranara@verizon.net.
