The annual Melrose JazzFest was held at Memorial Hall on Sunday.
The annual Melrose JazzFest was held at Memorial Hall on Sunday, featuring headlining act the Kenny Hadley Big Band with singer Amanda Carr. After the show, Melrose Patch sat down with Hadley and Carr to hear why jazz interests them and how they got involved. Nancy Kukura, the main organizer of the event, told Melrose Patch that the event was a big success with many tickets being rapidly sold at the door.
