New Melrose Business to Host Grand Opening Party on Saturday

Millions of Muscles Fitness, a new Melrose business that officially opens in early October, will be having a grand opening party this weekend, according to Director Sean Mallett.

The party is set for Saturday, Sept. 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 645 Main St. on the garden level of the First United Methodist Church. Millions of Muscles, which currently has a location in Revere, will officially open in Melrose on Oct. 7.

Of the party, Mallett said, "This is a great opportunity for anyone to come down and meet us, ask any questions they might have and see our new space. They can also register for the program on Saturday as well."

There will be a variety of activities going on during the party, including games and smoothie, workout and Zumba demonstrations, Mallett said. Music will be provided by a DJ and door prizes will be given away, he added.

Raffles and local business information will also be available to attendees, Mallett said.

The party is free to attend.

When the nearly 5,000-square-foot business opens, Millions of Muscles will have a team of five employees and they plan to add body transformation specialists soon, according to Mallett. The business has three rooms and is located on the bottom floor of the church, he added.
