Readers' Choice Best Florist Winner: Pepperberry Florist

For this week's Patch Readers' Choice contest, we asked you which Melrose florist was the best. 

Between Monday and Friday mornings, there were 432 votes for seven local flower shops. 

And the winner, with 223 votes (51 percent of the ballot), is.... 

The full-service floral shop offers arrangements ranging from a dozen roses to wedding bouquets and displays, according to its directory listing. It also sells decorative pottery, wall hangings, candles and gift baskets.

Pepperberry offers daily delivery to several surrounding towns for an additional fee. 

 wrote in the comments section that "Pepperberry florist always has new and fresh ideas and their arrangements definatly [sic] reflect that" "They are a very talented bunch." 

, who gave the business a a five-star review, said on its Patch directory listing that staff were "very talented." 

Honorable Mentions

Melrose Blossoms received a significant number of votes, 138. At the same time, Affairs to Remember received 60 votes and many positive comments from readers.
