Readers Tab Cerretani's as Most Missed Business in Melrose

After nearly 50 votes were cast by our readers, Cerretani's garnered the most tallies and was tabbed the most missed business in Melrose.

Of the 46 votes received, Cerretani's received six votes to top the list.

"I miss Cerretani's and I also miss Brigham's Ice Cream...oh and how can I forget Caruso's Pizza," wrote reader Cheryl Ringen.

Finishing in a second-place tie were Hinchey's and Caruso's Pizza, as each received four votes. 

After seeing reader Melissa Chick's vote for Hinchey's, fellow reader Ellie Tedeschi wrote, "Glad to see someone else remember Hinchey's. I went there with my grandparents in the 70s. It was always such a special treat to go and get a brown bag full of candy!"

In third place, Breads 'n Bits of Ireland and Sweet's Stuff each received three votes. 

"I miss (Breads 'n Bits of Ireland) and their amazing scones. So cozy and soothing to sit in the sun by the window!" wrote reader vickymacdonald. "(Breads 'n Bits of Ireland) for the atmosphere and the Irish soda bread," added reader Kayla Williams.
