Video: YMCA May Offer Yoga Classes in Near Future

Demonstration by international champion gauges community's interest in yoga.

Brandy Winfield, the 2010 International Yoga Asana Champion, was invited to the Melrose Y on Tuesday to lead a children's class and demonstration. Diana Ganz, the executive director of the Melrose Y, is trying to introduce new types of activities to the Y, including yoga. She used the one-time class to gauge the community's interest in the activity.
