Drastic Deals for Gloss, Marty's and...Steampunk?

What's that? The sound of End of School draining your wallet dry? Fear not. Deal: It might not be sweater weather, but it is delicate-sundresses-made-of-dry-clean-only weather. Drop off your frillies and the usual button-downs/blouses at Sparkle Cleaners in Wakefield (at the Main St.-North Ave. Jiffy Lube intersection), and as long as you pay at drop-off, you get 20 percent off your entire order.

Deal: That new Gloss spa over on Main (at the intersection with Franklin) sure has added a bit more minimalist pizzazz to the city. Check out the all-white Choi & White–designed salon in person and take advantage of the 20 percent grand opening special while you're at it. The discount is good on any of the services, from herbal pedicures to waxing. You can even (wait for it) book online.

Deal: Well, it is about dang time an Indian buffet rolled into town, or at least right near town. Stoneham mainstay Rang recently introduced a lunchtime buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Imagine: Serving dishes upon serving dishes overflowing with chicken tikka masala, navratan korma and kabuli chana. For $9.95, you can easily eat two, maybe three meals' worth. This one's a no-brainer.

Deal: So, you may have missed the Open House at Marty's Furniture this weekend. Yet! The deal lives on until 5 p.m. tonight (Monday the 13th).
