Updated Monday, July 23: Because no one guessed correctly the origin of the mystery photo, "Fax Here!," we'll run it one more week, this time with a clue: get your health and business needs met here. 

Each week on Melrose Patch we feature a photo taken somewhere in the city. You, our readers, have until Friday to guess its origin.
