Man Shot Dead on Tremont Street
Police are investigating the killing of a man on Tremont Street. "Shot spotter," a system that detects gunfire, alerted police of shots fired at 3:38 a.m. Oct. 27. When they arrived at 1050 Tremont St., they found a wounded man.

He was later pronounced dead at Boston Medical Center, police said in a press release. — Chris Helms
