VIDEO: Seven Arrested in Alleged $1 Million Drug Ring: Police seized guns, cash, bags of marijuana and scales from multiple properties in the city last night during a coordinated raid on the so-called "Maplewood Gang."

Medford

Medford Woman Pleads Guilty to Husband's Stabbing Death: Shawntina Burston, 40, pleaded guilty to a single count of voluntary manslaughter in the stabbing death of her husband, Troy Burston, in January 2011. The Middlesex County District Attorney's office said she was sentenced to 10 to 12 years in prison after she entered her guilty plea in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn.

Winchester

Several dozen turned out for the "Alice in Fashionland" show Thursday night at Winchester High School in the Auditorium. The fashion show, based off the classic tale "Alice in Wonderland," served as a fundraiser for the high school art department. Admission to the show cost $5 for students and $10 for adults. The designs were inspired by the 1951 film "Alice in Wonderland," as well as Tim Burton's "Alice in Wonderland" released in 2010. 

Woburn

Police Arrest Four Men Following Prostitution Investigation: According to a release, on March 15 members of the Woburn Police Department working with members Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force conducted a prostitution sting at local hotels. The investigation included posting online advertisements for female prostitutes and a female contact to set up the transactions.
