VIDEO: Victorian Fair Dedicated to Ray Rocha

Melrose marked the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11 by dedicating the Melrose Victorian Fair to Ray Rocha, a Melrosian who died in the attacks on the Twin Towers.

On Sunday, the Melrose Victorian Fair officially opened with a somber ceremony dedicating the fair to Ray Rocha, a Melrose native who died in the Twin Towers during the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11. Mayor Rob Dolan and Melrose High School football coach Tim Morris both spoke about Ray before presenting Ray's parents, Manuel and Ann Rocha, a donation from football players and Melrose businesses to the scholarship fund named in Ray's honor. Watch a quick clip from the dedication ceremony in the video above.
