Alternative Fair

Leave the shopping malls behind and be transported to far flung places  at Melrose Unitarian Universalist Church's 9th annual Alternative Fair.  Haitian handcrafts, embroidery from Romania, Beads from Africa, coffee, teas and chocolate from Central America and beyond.
In addition there will be local micro business like Soluna of Winchester, fresh baked breads to benefit The Bread of Life Malden, and socially conscious groups like Melrose Against Violence and the Melrose Energy Commission. Items will be locally crafted and equal and fair trade goods! The best part is the money goes to non-profits and their clients. 
If you find yourself weary from shopping please do not forget to find your way downstairs where we will be offering light lunch!
