Workshop: Secret Life of a Massachusetts Teen

will sponsor a free 90-minute workshop, “The Secret Life of a Massachusetts Teen.”
Experienced mental health counselor Jon Mattleman will take parents inside the
minds of today’s teens to reveal the struggles, fears and confusion they often
keep to themselves. He’ll explore their complex thoughts about technology,
drugs and alcohol, stress, family dynamics and much more. And he’ll share new
techniques to help parents engage their teens, have productive conversations that
give teens the empathy and support they need.  You’ll leave the workshop with strategies you can
implement immediately with confidence, courage and new language.
