The Melrose Dog Festival will feature a dog show, games, raffles, refreshments for both dogs and humans, and information on training and responsible dog ownerships. Dogs wearing their licenses will receive special prizes. Volunteers are need. And the raffle will benefit the Melrose Humane Society.
