Veterans Food Drive

The Melrose Veterans Advisory Board is holding their semi-annual Food Drive on
Saturday September 15th from 7am to 4pm at Foodmaster Supermarket 880 Main
Street Melrose. The Board is teaming up with the fine folks at Foodmaster to
fill the shelves at the two local food pantries. The summer months are when
food donations drop and the shelves become bare. Over 300 local families rely
on the pantries to put food on the table for them and their families. Come out
and help support those families in the community who are struggling during
these difficult economic times. The Melrose Veterans Advisory Board appreciates
the continued generosity of the community!
