Final Wellness Wednesday blog...and thank you!

October 30th, our final 2013 Wellness Wednesday, brought more healthy eating and active living opportunities to the community.

Melrose Shell/Nouria Energy once again offered free samples of healthy snacks (ex. Kind bars).  Yum!

Baby Cafe:  a great group of moms supporting one another with breastfeeding and all other things newborn & infant!

Lots of hip shaking was going on at $5 Drop in Zumba at Memorial Hall!  What a fun group of ladies.  Even though I couldn't keep up with all the moves, I kept moving!!  Thank you Melrose Recreation for opening the doors for community members.

Wednesdays were eventful in Melrose and Wakefield throughout October 2013.  Our local businesses, community organizations and the City of Melrose and Town of Wakefield collaborated to showcase free or discounted healthy eating and active living introductory classes, services or products.
