Stop The World, I Want To Get Off

This shot was taken over last weekend in Boston. Despite the temperature hovering in the 90's and sweat pouring off of me, I was smart ( or stupid, depending on your view ) to bring my tripod with me.

This allowed me to get the perfect blur of the Carousel, but I was also able to freeze the action of the people in the background on this photo.

The one thing I don't like about this photo, is that the second building is blown out, because the sun is shining directly on it. It also gives the illusion that the smaller building in the back of the Merry-Go-Round is missing, but it's just not there to begin with.

In other news: I'm booked for my first wedding and I'm super excited about it. It's going to be a new adventure that I'm willing to tackle. I'm going to do some scouting in two weeks of the location, to see how everything is going to work.
