What to Eat Before a Workout
Help! Help! I ate a few hours ago and am going to work out in an hour. What should I eat before working out?
Simple Rules to Follow
1. Something your body can digest easily

My personal favorites
1. Banana: If it’s a long workout I will add peanut butter, my body and peanut butter are best friends. I know this is breaking the low in fat rule but my body handles it well.
2. Greek yogurt with honey: easy on the stomach low in fat and honey is great natural sugar (if you’re on the run, grab a fruited Greek yogurt)
3. Toast with PB and Jelly: I eat this before almost all of my long runs with a yogurt an hour before. Of course, I enjoy a gluten free version as my body does not digest gluten easily J
