It is a fun, effective and affordable way to reach your fitness goals. Our certified trainers lead these groups of 3-6 people focusing on individual strengths, goals and fitness levels of the participants. All fitness levels are welcome! Small Group training in Melrose is progressive and results driven with each session lasting 8 or 16 weeks, meeting 2, 3 or 4 times per week.

Why Small Group?

- Motivation, others in the group will keep you going. Friendly competition will help you reach your goals quicker!
