Breaking News! US Spies on Nations, both Friends & Foes Alike

Due to the NSA leaker Snowden’s recent revelations…the US has been shown to engage in major and extensive spying activities not only on our adversaries but on friendly nations as well. This revelation is a major embarrassment for the Obama administration that prides itself on transparency and following and upholding the rule of law! EU and other European nations have universally condemned this activity and are asking the US government for explanations while noting that this information will negatively impact their relationship with the US. It should be noted that the Obama administration has refrained from spying or performing surveillance activities on Islamic Mosques in the US. Can anyone provide a rational explanation for any of this…other than demonstrating that we have an “amateur” President?
