Democratic State Policies Have Produced Economic Stagnation

Well folks the truth is finally being told about the economic impact of a democratically controlled state, democratic counterproductive budget policies are shown to be holding back growth in the state, but you have to find this story on page 7 of today’s Globe!

The unemployment rate in the state has increased each month for the last 4 months and our state GDP in the last quarter is estimated to be less than 1%. But as the democrats like to say, “Nothing here to see folks, just move along.”  This attitude may work for President Obama but it doesn’t work here. Of course we can thank our two representative at the state house for this, Rep. Paul Brodeur and Sen. Katherine Clark, who are known as the “rubber stamps” for all things Democratic! We all know these two people since they voted to pass the latest budget whereby we hard working stiffs got a 500 million dollar tax increase with the eternal increasing gas tax tied to inflation and numerous other taxes including the big tax hit to our software and services industries, the only major industries doing well in the state! Needless to say this tax increase was on top of the 1.9 billion dollar tax increase Governor Patrick got in his first term 3 years ago.

So as we all sit and contemplate our economic future in this state, let’s remember the people who got us in this situation, then drink plenty of that Democratic  Kool-Aid, and continue to vote Democratic, after all isn’t the definition of insanity doing the same thing each time and expect another outcome?
