Representative Katherine Clark voted against a one sentence
bill (The Health Exchange Security and Transparency Act, H. R.3811) that says no
later than two business days after any security breach on an Affordable Care
Act site is discovered, “The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall provide
notice of such breach to each individual.” Why would Representative Clark vote
against giving people transparency in a security breach?

Because she does what the Democrat bosses tell her to do. She is a complete waste as a real thinking representative.

There must be a large amount of voters who do not want a thinking representative or want a representative who delegate their vote for special interest people not the regular folk.
