Lisa lord. Mhs history. She is amazing. Supportive understanding and always available. Through this past year she 150% supported my daughter through her first year of high school during her medical challenge. She also brings in some of our veterans to speak about the different wars during their time. What a great way to learn. She has also been a great resource for this family while we learn who our daughter is becoming after brain surgery. I personally cannot thank her enough for giving of herself to so many.

Andrea Serino, the Franklin ECC. My older daughter was severely delayed in mutliple areas and had never connected with a person other than family and her Early Intervention Coordinator. She met Andrea and immediate connected-and FLEW into her arms the first day of PreK in Sept 2008. She spent 2 years under Andrea's care and went from a child we suspected was autistic to a totally engaged and animated little girl. She is now in 1st grade, testing above her grade level and has gone from a very detailed IEP with many services to just needing OT/PT! I have seen Andrea work her magic on many other children with all levels of abilities. When my youngest child was ready for PreK this year, we requested she be placed in Andrea's capable hands. She is that rare gem of a person who has found their true calling. She instills her joy, patience, sense of humor and love of learning into all the children lucky enough to have her and gives them a solid foundation that will guide them well throughout their lives. She was even able to put this anxious Mom's heart at ease! Besides all of that, she is just a wonderful person who is ajoy to be around!
