Chief, Mayor To Hold Public Safety Meeting

They'll be joined by members of the Board of Aldermen and other department officials.

The following was submitted by Melrose City Hall:

Melrose Police Chief Michael Lyle and members of the Board of Aldermen will host the third of a series of neighborhood public safety meetings at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23, at the Lincoln School, to share information about police initiatives and hear from residents about issues that affect them.

Ward 3 Alderman Frank Wright, Ward 5 Alderman Gail Infurna, and Mayor Rob Dolan will co-host the meeting. Lt. Mark Decroteau, the head of the Patrol Division, will be present, as will Traffic Sgt. Jon Goc, Detective Sgt. Paul McNamara, and other Police Department staff.
