Friday, July 19:
A. 4:56 a.m. Reported smoke coming from a resident's bathroom at Highlands Depot
B. 11:03 a.m. Caller reports past breaking and entering at 31 Rowe St.
C. 9:22 p.m. Man reportedly down with head injury; transported to Melrose/Wakefield Hospital at 712 Fells Lynn Parkway
D. 11:01 p.m. Hit and run motor vehicle accident at 24 Stevens Pl.
E. 11:56 p.m. Caller states a baseball was thrown through his window at 296 East Foster St.
Saturday, July 20:
F. 1:59 a.m. William Kennedy, 49, of Melrose was arrested for alleged assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Kennedy allegedly stabbed his 24-year-old son during a domestic incident at 42 Hurd St.
Monday, July 22:
G. 5:11 a.m. Car's front tire caught fire at 6 Day St.
