Melrose Firefighters Tackle Lincoln Street Fire

Melrose firefighters responded to a house fire on Lincoln Street Thursday afternoon, according to several public safety Twitter users. 

Around noon on Dec. 26, firefighters were called to 123 Lincoln St. on a report of a working fire, according to the reports. Malden Engine 2 and Malden Ladder 1 reportedly covered the Melrose headquarters, according to a tweet by @MaFireEMS.

At 12:12 p.m., @ActionPage1 tweeted that the "...fire was on exterior of home (and) fire now (knocked down). Holding all (companies)."
