2:22 p.m. Walk-in report of larceny.

Tuesday, April 10

8:36 a.m. Money stolen out of purse on Woodcrest Drive.

1:35 p.m. Domestic disturbance on Hurd Street called in by State Police. Jes L. Nazzaro, 42 Hurd St., Melrose, 22, was arrested on charges of assault and battery to intimidate and malicious destruction of property worth less than $250 (cell phone).

7:54 p.m. Report of ongoing harassment. An 18-year-old Melrose male was issued a summons on the charge of criminal harassment.

Wednesday, April 11

10:23 a.m. Vandalism at Maria’s Tailoring on Main Street.

11:02 a.m. Walk-in report from Cherry Street of identity fraud.

3:25 p.m. Report of possible fraud from West Wyoming Avenue. A 22-year-old Melrose man was issued a summons on charges of forgery of check (six counts totaling $3,600), larceny (four counts totaling $5,800), and larceny of credit card (three counts).

Thursday, April 12

10:18 a.m. Past breaking and entering on Larrabee Street reported.

11:37 a.m. Past breaking and entering on Linwood Avenue reported.

5:28 p.m. Larceny by check reported from Lebanon Street.

7:09 p.m. 911 call of fire under a sink at Brunswick Park home. Fire extinguished.

Friday, April 13

9:36 a.m. Assault reported at . Ongoing situation between students being handled by the school, according to Melrose Police Lt. Mark DeCroteau. Investigation is ongoing.

9:47 a.m. Larceny reported from Main Street.

10:48 a.m. Hit and run accident reported in front of on Main Street.

11:30 a.m. Customer of TD Bank reports car stolen out of parking lot, actually was towed by McGarvey Towing of Saugus while customer was in bank. McGarvey released vehicle back to owner, TD Bank employees unaware of new tow policy. Bank manager will investigate and correct issues.

Saturday, April 14

6:33 a.m. Caller from East Emerson Street reported a man with a blue duffle bag rang her bell then entered her yard. Was wearing a black hoodie. Officers unable to locate the individual.

7:08 a.m. Caller reported seeing a vehicle pull into , a person got out, walked to the pond and threw a white bag into the water. Officer could not locate the bag.

12:49 p.m. Complaint of broken back window of vehicle on Howard Street.

6:41 p.m. Threats reported from Waverly Place.

Sunday, April 15

10:53 a.m. Vandalism damage on Whittier Street.  A 49-year-old Lynn man was issued a summons on charges of destruction/damage/vandalism (two counts).

12:51 p.m. Past breaking and entering reported from Dell Avenue.

2:15 p.m. Past breaking and entering reported from Lincoln Street.

4:54 p.m. Larceny reported from Otis Street.

5:40 p.m. Past breaking and entering reported from First Street.

Monday, April 16

1:40 a.m. Vehicle stop at Park Street and Arlington Street. Vehicle towed. Daniel J. Crowley, 28, 24 Echo St., Melrose, was arrested on charges of OUI liquor and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.

7:04 a.m. Threats reported from Goss Avenue.

12:35 p.m. Larceny reported from East Foster Street.

2:46 p.m. Threats reported from Baxter Street.

3:13 p.m. Report of kids at throwing rocks down on houses in Malden. Temporary huts, alcohol and BBQ pit destroyed. Kids ran.

3:20 p.m. Vehicle stuck under train gate on track on West Wyoming Avenue.

6:04 p.m. Threats reported from Lake Avenue.

Other Arrests and Summonses

A 29-year-old Malden woman was placed under warrant arrest on Tuesday, April 10.

A 69-year-old homeless man was placed under warrant arrest on Thursday, April 12.
